Our skilled team of designers, carpenters, and artisans specializes in a multidisciplinary approach—resulting in a seamless and cohesive experience from initial concepts through construction to final installation. Construction Service
For projects that only require the hands-on work of executing your creative vision, we offer our talented collective of project managers and carpenters to work independently of the design team. Our team will work directly with your chosen contractor to manage and refine every detail as you reimagine your space. Our in-house experts offer general installation services in addition to painting, floor refinishing, custom cabinetry and millwork, drapery installation, stone restoration, faux finishes, and architectural detailing. We specialize in innovative treatments like clay lime, gold leaf, and lacquer—and we are continuously evolving to add more techniques to our repertoire.
Decoration
For clients who have the architectural bones of their home in order but need a guiding hand with the outer layers, we offer standalone decorating services. Our design team will work collaboratively with you to create a new concept for your space that feels functional, fresh, and authentic to your identity. This is inclusive of paint, furnishings, hardware, lighting, textiles, and decor. We will offer tactile samples, moodboards, and drawings to help you visualize the refreshed room or rooms. We will then handle all procurement, tracking, receiving, and installation, before styling every detail for a truly turnkey experience.
Phase I: Conceptual Design
Each project begins with an in-person consultation and site visit to help us understand the overall goals and direction of the project. The information we gather is translated to initial concepts, budgets, and construction drawings. Once these are approved, the work begins.
Phase II: Design Presentation
Much of this phase happens behind the scenes as we create detailed plans for floor plans, elevations, and custom elements like furnishings, millwork, and cabinetry. We will begin procuring the furnishings that make up your new space and working closely with your general contractor in addition to skilled artisans and trades.
Phase III: Installation
Finally, construction takes place and our highly organized project managers make frequent site visits while our in-house team tracks and receives furnishings. Throughout, we will remain honest and communicative, offering regular updates and quality checks. When construction is complete, we install every layer to reflect our shared vision before welcoming you home.
